Mr. Jim Fletcher

Jim is sharp, talented, conscientious and without definately would not have prevailed without him I had a probate/title issue that Jim handled for me. After researching many attorneys with specific legal expertise in probate/title issues, I knew I needed the best of the best and not a "generalist". After an exhaustive search I chose Jim Fletcher to represent me. I read his blogs/website and that demonstrated that he was a subject matter expert. Short story is the other side tried to throw a wrench in our case by delaying and/or throwing up distractions so that we would miss critical deadlines. Jim was on top of his game and even corresponded with me during thanksgiving and even submitted cour documents during what was essentially a holiday for most. His eloquence and strategy (the way he articulates his arguments) is A1A. He is approachable and his billing is fair. I never felt like he was trying to always charge me just because he could. Attorneys are known for that! Most of all Jim cares and he is honest. A no flash. down to earth, no pretence type of guy. This would be my position even if we had lost. With Jim you know you are getting a "human-being" and not a robotic slick-talking attorney who is more than happy to take your cash because it is a "win" for them whichever way it goes for you, the client!
