Got me out of a jam I needed help getting my vehicle title after my insurance company totaled. Years ago, I had a title lien on the vehicle. It was paid, but I never got my title back. It should have been an easy thing to get it, but it wasn't. I spent weeks talking with the court clerk, the debt collector, the leinholder and they all sent me back to the other party. They literally started hanging up the phone on me saying it wasn't their problem. I couldn't get paid for my vehicle so I could buy another one for 4 weeks. First contact was in January after my sister passed away in December. Second contact was him calling to ask about our situation and what we wanted the outcome to be in February. Third contact was him HOUNDING us for the retainer fee in March. Once that was paid, the next time we heard from him was when we had to call from blocked numbers DEMANDING a refund in late April. Since then, not a word. He said he'd get started on paperwork and has since disappeared. Do not hire I hired Mr. Mitchell Miller to handle a probate matter for me. Surprisingly (given my later "dealings" with him he did actually file the required paperwork and showed up in court. However, that was the end of any communication with him. I tried no less than a dozen times to contact him, left messages and never received a call back. I was told at our initial meeting that the procedure would take as long as a year to finalize. Exactly one year and two months later I still could not contact him so decided to check on the status of the probate filing myself. You can imagine my shock at finding that the matter had been settled just two days following the court appearance. Awesome lawyer, knows his stuff Mr. Miller did a great job on my estate plan. My wife and I hired him to make our wills and a trust. We met with Mr. Miller a few times and changed our minds on a few things. Mr. Miller was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We learned a lot and feel like we really understand our estate plan and why it is the way it is. We have a blended family, a disabled daughter, and a fairly big business. I had no idea how unprepared we were until Mitchell explained the legalities. Now we have a business succession plan, wills, a revocable trust, and a special needs trust. It's a complicated plan for sure, but Mr. Miller helped us understand every piece so well that I think I could teach the law school class on this. Terrible Service I hired Mr. Miller back in December 2021. He is a scam. He didn’t return my calls , he missed deadlines, and he came up with the worst excuses not to do his job. I had to hire another lawyer. But I’m filing a complaint him. It’s unacceptable to have this kind of service.
