Michelle and I shared office space in the same suite for several years. We often reviewed cases together, and frequently sought advice from or provided advice to each other.

As we were both in small practice situations, we would frequently review cases with each other, and strategize on how to proceed on difficult issues.

2018 to 2022, and ongoing. Although we no longer work in the same office space, we continue to discuss cases, strategize and provide advice to each other.

Yes

Michelle is a zealous and compassionate advicate. She cares deeply for each of her clients, and gets involved in their cases on a personal, one-on-one level. She makes it her business to know each detail of every one of her cases and every client's full situation. In each case she does not only know the applicable law, she also has a ready and complete command of all the personal factors and related details that might help sway the trier of fact in her client's direction.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

In addition to knowing the law, Michelle has an encyclopedic knowledge of the local rules and procedures of each jurisdiction in which she practices, so she is able to accomplish the desired results in her cases quickly and efficacaciously. She not only knows the intricate details of what will work in each courthouse, she knows HOW to make it work and how to accomplish what she needs to in order to succeed for her client.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Michelle keeps up to date on recent developments in the law, and can evaluate situations and fact patterns in order to spot weaknesses in the other side's case.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Michelle is equally at home speaking with clients or their family members in a boardroom or in a prison conference room. She treats each person with respect, and is able to obtain the information necessary to prevail, and convey her side clearly, confidently and effectively to prosecutors and opposite parties.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I have had to opportunity to discuss cases and strategy with Michelle in many difficult situations. Her professionaism and ethics are beyond reproach.
