I met Mike about 14 years ago when we worked in the same office building. Mike had recently transitioned from to private practice from his prior role as in-house counsel for as large Indiana pharmaceutical company. Since that time, Mike and I have collaborated on numerous complex cases and even more complex legal issues.

Yes

Mike is an extremely effective advocate and counselor. He has always done excellent work for his own clients and for the clients that I have asked him to step in and assist. He brings a unique perspective, skill set, and legal acumen that is truly impressive.

Mike is an excellent lawyer and likely the best business lawyer that I know.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Mike can dissect the most nuanced and and esoteric legal concepts and distill them down to easily presentable and understandable presentations.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Mike has excellent communication skills. I do not believe there to ever be a time where I walked away from a complex discussion not understanding what Mike was trying to relay.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I do believe there was ever a time where I questioned Mike's ethics and professionalism. In fact, when I was forming my own personal businesses, I retained Mike to draft Operation and other agreements.
