Ineffective Assistant of Counsel I was very dissatisfied with the representation from Mr. Garrett first he told me that my sentence would be one thing and because of his failed to investigating my case I was sentenced higher than I anticipated. He didn't even work for me or help me in any way.. If that was the cade I could of used a public defender.. After sentencing he didn't even come speak with me. I got sentenced and he was through.. no care or concern.
