One phone call and 30 days later my record was expunged I made the call to see if it was possible to get my record expunged. Talked to an assistant and I received a call back from Mr Marin very quickly. He told me everything I should expect and what I needed to do. With covid still being a problem he told me I didn’t even have to go to court. He told me the day the court date was set for and to wait for an email to go over how it went.
