He has a great rapport and exhibits a strong sense of integrity and respect for all sides of the case, including government officials and opposing counsel. He also organized numerous free special education and public benefit seminars for members of the community and was a thoughtful, kind, and supportive supervisor and also provided mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Mr. Famiglietti is one of the leading experts in social security disability law in the DMV area. He has a zeal for helping his clients defend against unjust outcomes in the work place and beyond. He is compassionate and advocates tirelessly for his clients. He is also finding new opportunities and trainings to expand on his knowledge and keep up with the latest federal and state policies that affect his cases.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I saw firsthand the amount of time, energy, and commitment that Mr. Famiglietti pours into his work and analyzing the merits and potential legal arguments of each case. I helped prepare legal memorandum that he would then expand on and bolster to advocate relentlessly for his clients.
