Non responsive We hired Matt Feinman in 2019 when a contact with a home improvement company did not fulfill their end of the contact. In the beginning Matt was very responsive and we were getting emails on what the documents were being processed to take the home improvement company to court. We did not receive our own contact with Matt when we first hired him and have requested our copy of the contact multiple times in writing. Everything was fine, until we ”won” our court case in October of 2020; when Matt could not find the owner of the business. Even though we legally won, according to our county’s court system, we have not heard from Matt on what he is doing to get us our money, or if he has taken any other steps since 2020. We have gone MONTHS without communication from him, he has been not replying to our call, emails or texts. We have tried to use different phones to get in contact, and it seems as if he is screening and avoiding our calls. In 2020 when we first noticed that communication was strained Matt told us ”No news is good news”.
