Attorney Kelley’s knowledge of the law is off the charts. Having worked as an ADA in Barnstable County he has litigated thousands of matters on Cape Cod. He knows the law inside and out and backwards and forwards. Whether a criminal or civil matter Matt has the knowledge and experience to handle it.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Matt Kelley is an outstanding legal mind. As a former prosecutor, he has the unique ability as a defense attorney to view cases through the lens of a DA. His immense litigation experience allows him to analyze a case quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Matt has phenomenal communication skills. Whether he is in the courtroom speaking to a judge, closing an argument to a jury, negotiating a case with an ADA or discussing a breach of contract matter with a colleague his communication skills are impeccable.
