Best firm I have worked with!!! I have worked with many firms and have used multiple self-help services. Matthew and his team setup my business faster than I thought was possible and closed a deal for me in a matter of weeks. I have used things like legal zoom before. This ultimately cost me less money than those services.

Amazing Experience with LLC Slicing Pie & Operating Agreement My team and I discovered Matt Rossetti through his association with Mike Moyers and Slicing Pie. We knew we wanted to implement a dynamic equity model, but felt uncomfortable moving forward without legal consult. Honest, knowledgeable lawyer who puts customers first Matt has been such a huge help for our company. We were on a tight timeline and had to incorporate within one month in order to receive investor funding for our seed round.
