Unprofessional Conduct and Language Both the attorney and his paralegal Stephen Illeyflavi are unprofessional and unappreciative of their clients. I sent a simple title change to Stephen 6 months ago. He never explained the process to me. 6 months pass by and after getting more lecture to just wait it out, I decided to escalate the issue to Baltimore city and mayors office. Within a day they processed the title. Then i got a rude email from Stephen and his boss Mathew, who composed the email. that "Why do I think I am better than thousands of other people. I need to just sit and wait in line like everyone else. " I got all this with department of finance, city council, and mayors office copied on this. Can you imagine how these people treat their clients? THis was the most unrofessional email. I called Mathew after begging for his number and yelled and hung up the phone at me. What great customer service? If this is how they treat their clients, I will make sure that all other clients are aware of this on social media. His justification was that Stephen is frustrated with my status checking, and that justifies his stooping to this level of rudeness. View More
