Awful experience My husband and I have dealt with this man for a lawyer for 13 months, and I would never recommend him to anyone. He has continuously ignored our e-mails and our calls more times than I can count. We will e-mail 5 times before we receive a response. Then when we do receive a response, it will be half a sentence that doesn’t even address 90% of what we said. He repeatedly will say “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day” or “I’ll get back to you tomorrow morning,” but then he won’t say anything at all. We will call the receptionist 3 times before Matt bothers to say anything. Thousands of dollars for this type of unprofessional treatment, to feel helpless and worthless.
