Conscientious Lawyer with Outstanding Character Marie served as my 'collaborative' lawyer in my recent divorce. She provided insight beyond just the legal aspects of the process and she was totally committed to my best interest, without becoming combative to the other side. I found her assessment and advice regarding the issues pertaining to my case to be particularly helpful. I always took Marie's advice even although at times I had a different concept on how to proceed. Additionally, Marie is very mindful of the financial impact to her clients. She does not get bogged down with unnecessary 'churning' of procedures just to increase billable time. She was willing and eager to proceed 'outside the box' to reach resolution as quickly as possible in order to keep costs low.
