Absolutely fantastic! I am an active duty E-6 Technical Sergeant in the Air Force, stationed in Shaw AFB, SC. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Mr Mangan. I was facing an Article 120 with multiple specs and an article 128. He reviewed the facts, the evidence, and the testimonies of everyone involved. This is a very competent, intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring attorney. Excellent attorney with military experience LTC Sean Mangan, USA, Retired, holds a wealth of knowledge from his experience in military law enforcement as well as his time as an Army JAG officer. As a Reserve Soldier myself, a matter came up that I thought may have had military implications so LTC Mangan was quick to respond and give me his advice over the phone.
