He is sure-footed and definitely makes you feel like you are protected. My car had been totaled by a person texting, who ran a red light. I had some minor injuries. My car was older but I had no car payments and was not happy with the insurance company who thought I should take their settlement, apply it to a car purchase and have car payments again. When Mr. Fouts took over, I no longer had to deal with an uncooperative insurance company. He did the negotiations and quickly settled with care for my injuries and a settlement that allowed me to have another comparable car, fully paid for with settlement money. I was whole again. The case ended extremely well. Since then, I have contacted Mr. Fouts on a few other more minor matters. He never disappoints. He always remembers me and makes me feel like my situations matter.
