Due to his years of experience in representing clients in medical malpractice cases, Mr. Lofton has extensive knowledge of the South Carolina case law, as well as federal and state regulations with respect to cases involving the negligence of hospitals, doctors, nurses, nursing homes, and other health care providers.

Due to his years of experience in representing clients in medical malpractice cases, Mr. Lofton is familiar with all of the procedural and substantive legal issues involved in litigating these types of cases.
