Overbooks herself and puts little effort into your case, do not hite This lawyer was an absolute nightmare to work with. Barely communicated then would throw together sloppy documents and the very last minute to submit to court. She didn’t return messages and even failed to communicate things that were sent to her from court regarding my case. I firmly believe her overcommitted to so many cases and flat fee approach cost me my case. She was terrible. Do not waste your money or think you are saving money by hiring her at a standard fee. I was close to reporting her to the state bar during my case (per recommendation from someone that couldn’t believe what I was dealing with.) I am disgusted with her service and performance. Please save yourself the added stress during an already stressful time and hire a lawyer that will give you the proper attention to win your case. So frustrated and disappointing with Lindsay.
