Letha is primarily an estate planning and elder law attorney, though she is equally competent in the tax area as well. I am focused on tax planning, compliance and controversy. She and I worked on a number of estates where she was involved in the estate planning (pre- and post-death) and estate administration while I handled many of the tax issues associated with the estates and trusts.
