Unsatisfied due to lack of preparation Absolutely a negative experience with Mr. Nahajski. Unfortunately, his lack of communication and failure to listen to my concerns and reach out to previous attorneys for case strategy review had a significant impact on my hearings. It is disappointing that he was completely unprepared and did not prioritize my best interests. Arriving just three minutes before the hearing, especially after I had traveled across the country to resolve a 35-year-old case, is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, it is concerning that he did not take the time to speak with me prior to the hearing. Furthermore, Mr. Nahajski provided me with a set price for handling my case, but it is clear that he did not fulfill his duties and lacked the necessary preparedness. Given the circumstances, I would have preferred to pay a higher fee for his attention to detail and due diligence, rather than having to pay five times the amount for the appeal due to his ineffectiveness and lack of preparation.
