Lenden is unique in his thirst for continuous legal knowledge. He studies the court's tentative rulings daily to glean insight into changes in the law, novel arguments other attorneys are making, and to get inside the minds of the local judiciary.

Lenden has a terrific gift for seeing straight to the heart of legal issues and quickly identifying what can make or break a case. From there he builds out his litigation strategy and attacks cases with speed and precision.
