My dui was dismissed yesterday I'm so relieved I am a CDL trucker passing through Bessemer Al. when I'm pulled over by local police and charged with misdemeanor DUI for taking an Ambien the night before which I'm legally prescribed by a doctor. I felt completely innocent and was fully capable of operating my vehicle since I had taken a 10 hour sleep break since taking my dose.
