Impatient and unwilling to address questions I had a very difficult interaction with this attorney for estate planning (drafting a will). She was unwilling to address my questions with patience and empathy. Meetings were via zoom only, felt very rushed and she seemed frustrated by my asking clarifying questions. I felt uncomfortable as we ran out of time; meanwhile she would push additional items without helping me understand their purpose (power of attorney, health power of attorney, pour over will etc.).
