She has referred 2 different clients to me. I had the opportunity to see her work and was impressed with her work.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
2019-2020 on two separate clients. The latest was Coffee Tea Distributors, Bankruptcy case #20-23111.
Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

She did an admirable job representing both clients. When it became clear that the clients would be better served by filing bankruptcy she properly advised them to do so.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Having spoken to her on numerous occasions, I have found her legal knowledge to make decisions and support them to be excellent and on point

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Her analysis of the client's needs and options are accurate and show skill that is way above average. I do not think there are many that would compare to her skill and quality in the fields she practices in

Communication Skills: Excellent

Both clients spoke highly of her quality of representation and counseling. I found her communications level to be both accurate and understandable to not only myself but to the clients as well.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

sadly, too many attorneys are out to be paid rather than looking to the best interest of their clients. Here, insead of worrying about and trying to find a way to get paid the funds she earned, she refered her clients to me for a bankruptcy filing. I know that she gave up thousands of dollars of fees that were due in order to do what was in the best interest of her clients. What more can one say than that.

Anything having to do with business representation. Also I would recommend her for trademark work, internet/media law, employment issues and arbitration/mediation
