Botched An Easy Case I was the victim of domestic violence by a woman and hired Kourtney to help me with a PTO I filed against her. Kourtney Bernard-Rance botched this easy case and I ended up without possession of my home despite being a victim and had to spend two years in a civil suit with the Superior Court trying to sell a home my abuser has still refused to move out of. Kourtney recommended I take a mutual consent order so that I wouldn't have to pay legal fees and risk the judge not granting me the protective order I wanted. It turned out that a mutual consent order had some ramifications in my civil suit. So ultimately I ended up without a home and with a mutual consent order instead of just an order against my abuser.
