Find a Different Attorney, This one is worthless! Kim Wyatt is the last person you want to speak for you. She misses deadlines, fails to know procedure, declines your request for help, speaks to you as if you don’t matter, doesn’t know the proper steps in requesting a new treating doctor, absolutely does nothing she is suppose to do to guide you on your workers compensation fight. She filed the wrong paper work that Did NOT need to be filed and wasted 4 months when all that was needed was a change of address. And at one point she wouldn’t respond to emails, phone calls and when I reached out to her assistant I was told not to talk to anyone but her. Don’t use this person for any kind of workers compensation case because you will not get the representation that you deserve. You would be better off using the Injured Employee Council.
