Existing Client - Do NOT hire Kia - Scammer / Shady Attorney I engaged Kia to handle the drafting of an agreement on behalf of an entertainment client I represent. However, Kia delegated the task to an assistant attorney. Despite repeated assurances that the revisions would be completed in a reasonable and timely manner, they were consistently delayed for over a three-month period. Despite my multiple follow-ups emphasizing the urgency, the revisions were never made, leading to the unfortunate collapse of the deal due to these unreasonable delays. On December 20, 2021, Kia requested payment for the agreement, despite being fully aware of the aforementioned circumstances. I declined to make the payment, considering the situation. Almost a year later, on August 30, 2022, Kia initiated a complaint in small claims court. Based on my experience, I do not recommend working with Kia due to this unfortunate incident. View More
