Unresponsive and dismissive of clients Kelley was my attorney in a custody case. She did not take the time to get familiar with my case before mediation. She did not discuss any concerns or expectations or even have a phone call with me beforehand. Kelley ignored my objections during mediation and had me sign a parenting plan that I was not comfortable with. She told me to sign it because a judge would order it anyway and only unreasonable people go to trial. Then she ignored my email the next week when I expressed regret and concern for the safety of my child after a dangerous incident occurred with her father. I sent all of my concerns today in an email, and was told by her associate that we simply "missed each other" as if my grievances were simply due to having conflicting personalities, but it is very clear to me that the issues went beyond that.
