Keith handles Workers Compensation cases. I handle personal injury. Often a person is injured at work by a third party (not the employer, or a co-employee). In those cases, the person has both a Workers Compensation claim, and a personal injury claim. These are the types of cases we handle the same client. This has occurred a number of times in the past. I do not have dates.
