2019 through 2022. Karl is an expert at real estate law and when I have complex questions I sometimes turn to Karl before spending my clients' money on legal research. Karl can sometimes share in a few minutes insight and information which would take hours for me to discover independently.

Yes

He is exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate and if/when he does not know something, he knows exactly who would know, and those people pick up the phone when they know I'm referred by Karl.
