Yes

She's excellent. Her clients absolutely love her, as they should. She provides them each with individual attention and gets out in front of potential issues. Her clients never have to call her worrying about their case. Rather, she makes sure to anticipate issues in each case before they even arise. Further, I'm continually impressed by her ability to spot issues. We have continued conversations about common goals and case strategies surrounding our client's interests.

She knows workers comp inside and out. I've always impressed by how much she knows, and, in comparison, how little I know about this area of the law.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Her issue-spotting skills are fantastic. Further, I have read her deposition transcripts in my dealings with our client's mutual interest. She does a great job there too.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Kaitlin is incredibly personable and down-to-earth. She communicates well and does a great job of simplifying complex legal concepts into digestible bits of information for clients.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Her ethics and professionalism are beyond reproach. She sometimes comments on how there are things that she would never do as a lawyer that, perhaps, others might. I'll leave it at that.
