Joe has an encyclopedic knowledge of criminal law and procedure, especially in the field of DWI and expunction law.

Since I do not practice criminal law, I always call or refer clients to Joe whenever issues come up where potential liability is an issue. He is extremely good at identifying critical issues and evaluating the potential exposure.
