I have known Jon for almost 25 years first as a very young college intern working under his supervision in his law firm, then as a newly admitted member of the Massachusetts Bar and his informal mentee soaking up his advice and experience and now to the present day as his colleague (though, often, still just a mentee). I have also worked with Jon to conduct pre-trial jury focus groups.

In the last 6 or 7 years I have also worked with Jon to conduct pre-trial jury focus groups. I worked with Jon on a trial about 5 or 6 years ago as well.

I have known Jon to be an excellent lawyer for 25 years. Having second chaired a trial with Jon, I witnessed his strong work ethic and preparation and brilliant and thoughtful trial strategy. I also observed Jon's outstanding skills in delivering opening & closing statements to the jury, and conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses. Jon is a skilled litigator and if I were in need of a personal injury attorney he would be my first choice.
