Tim and I have had several cases over the years. He fights hard for his clients but is never unreasonable. I have always held him high regard. I know he cares about his clients.

Yes

The case most prominent in my thinking is one involving substance abuse and children. Tim was deft at maneuvering through sensitive issues while keeping his eye on the law at the same time.

Tim knows both the law and has experience seeing the legal situations play out, which is critical. I think he has always maximized his client's position, given the factual limitations of his case.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

One of our cases involved military retirement credits as community vs. separate property; not an easy subject even for skilled lawyers. He handled it quite well.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Tim's point was always clear. I have seen him counsel his client in a moment when a decision needed to be made. He makes sure his clients understand the point that is important.
