John Berry, Jr. Attorney, has attended the same Advanced Criminal Law Seminar, as I have, sponsored by NACDL, for many years. I have become familiar with his work, and also the high degree of competency that he brings to the table for his Clients. He has also been a Speaker at the NACDL conference, and the degree of his professionalism, and his integrity, is outstanding.

Both John and I, represent mostly the same type of Clients in the Criminal Defense field. Different cases; but cases of the same type, with similar Clients. John’s practice is more broad than my practice, so he has more experience in the many different areas of Criminal Defense.

I have not been involved in the exact same cases with the same Clients. Our cases are separate; but we have shared knowledge and experience over the years, which has been very helpful.

Yes

My knowledge of John Berry, Jr. Attorney, based on the sharing of Case experiences, is that he works very hard for his Clients, does not cut corners, and therefore has been able to accomplish very favorable results.

John has a lifetime of experience in the field of Criminal Defense. I have personally been in the same business for 40 years now, and I know when a Lawyer has an excellent understanding of the Law, and how to properly handle a case.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

John studies both the facts, and possible theories regarding each case; and he also gets to know his Clients, which is extremely important.

Communication Skills: Excellent

I know that John’s Communication skills are excellent; because I have had the privilege of him personally sharing his case and trial strategy with me, which also includes listening to him as a Speaker at the annual NACDL Advanced Criminal Law conference.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

John is a Leader. A lot of his Ethics and Professionalism, came from his Military background, in which he was also in a position of leadership, and always made the effort to carry out his duties in an ethical and professional way. This has carried forward into the way that he also handles his Law practice.
