John was on the opposite side of me in a number of cases and I have regularly referred cases to John due to exceptional ability as an attorney.

I initially met John on the opposite side of a case. He litigated the case extremely well. A strong advocate for his client, but with a thoughtful and common sense approach. I was so impressed that when one of my clients needed representation in a related matter that I could not handle due to a conflict, I asked John to handle the case.

Yes

He is very effective. He has a deep understanding of the law, but never loses sight that his clients are human beings and need wise and practical counsel as well.

John is very knowledgeable with respect to both substantive and procedural legal issues. Having worked on both sides of personal injury and insurance cases, he has good insight of how the other side with see a case. He also worked for a judge, giving him good insight on how a court will view a matter.

John does an excellent job analyzing a case and then distilling the issues into a brief and argument for the court.

Communication Skills: Excellent

John communicates extremely well with clients, opposing attorneys and judges.
