Jeff is an attorney of the highest levels of integrity and legal accumine. Jeff tells his clients the good and the bad of their cases, and never fails to show them the benefits or the pitfalls of litigating their matter. In the courtroom Jeff is prepared with an arsenal of case law, and never walks into a hearing or trial unprepared with a thorough knowledge of the matter's facts. Jeff is a very workable opposing counsel, but tremendously effective in the courtroom.

Excellent
Jeff always surprised me on the breadth and dept of his property law knowledge. Jeff can with near perfect recall the holdings from pretty much every case law cite he has used in litigation. When Jeff has a legal question, it is never a matter of "oh well", Jeff dives into the research until he believes he has covered the topic, and then uses that research in any future matter. Jeff's legal research and ability to this level is unmatched.
Legal Analysis:
Excellent
Jeff can dissect a matter into legal questions, theories of law and hearing/trial strategy like most breath. He is astonishingly good at narrowing the legal topics that will have to be litigated, and after determination, will find the case law which will or will not support such theories. I have never found him to be on the losing side after his analysis.
Communication Skills:
Excellent
Jeff is a stellar communicator. He excels in drafting cogent legal briefs and motions which dispose of the case's issues. His communications to his clients is always straightforward and answers their questions timely. His responses to opposing counsel are direct and without any over-posturing.
Ethics and Professionalism:
Excellent
Jeff is an attorney of integrity and high character. The very thoughr of him doing something that crosses any line, morally or against ethics is unfathomable.

I would recommend Jeff for any matter requiring litigation in real estate. He is excellent from the Justice Courts through the Appellate Courts. If I had any matter in real estate that would require some level of advocacy, Jeff Sprigg would be my first, and only call. I have that level of confidence in him.
