I have known Jeanne professionally for approximately 30 years during the time I was a courtroom clerk and she was a new attorney. After I passed the bar and we worked on cases together, we became friends. I admire her compassion and honesty both as a friend and as an advocate for her clients.

1. Jeanne represented a domestic violence victim against his daughter. I was hired to represent the Victim's wife in a combined civil harassment and family law domestic violence case. Jeanne represented the victim against his daughter. I represented victim's wife against same daughter. 2. Jeanne represented the wife in a dissolution matter. I represented husband. We were able to work together to come to an agreement in the matter. Also worked together on coordinated cases.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
Case 1, October through November 2018. Case 2, June 2014 through February 2015. Jeanne and I also worked together in an extremely high conflict dissolution and custody matter where I represented the father and she represented the children. She was impressive in her care and concern for the best interests of the children.
Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

She recognized the legal and emotional issues involved in each case and worked honestly and efficiently to resolve them.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

I've witnessed her handling difficult cases as minor's counsel in a case we were both involved. She knew what to do and how to get there. I have also sought out her advice on legal issues.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Again, I've witnessed her in action in the courtroom and as opposing counsel. She analyzes the issues and works to help the client reach a reasonable agreement based upon her analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent

She is able to get her point across to the court and opposing party/counsel. She has excellent skills in her mediation practice.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Jeanne is an honest and ethical person of which I haven't met many better.
