I had heard of Walt from other lawyers. We developed a rapport and then did several cases together. He was able to speak with Judges, DAs, and law enforcement in a persuasive manner to get the best possible outcome. His relationships are incredible and I have been impressed with both his temperament and legal analysis .

Walt is up to date on the current case law. He knows the ins and outs of the courts where he practices. He has the ear of all parties in his jurisdictions. I call him to discuss criminal issues and he has given me a unique perspective oftentimes on issues that I had not thought of.

When confronted with difficult questions, he was able to come up with creative solutions.

In one case that I had, my client had wrecked his vehicle on an isolated backroad and was arrested for DUI. The client was a legal professional from the Atlanta area who had gone to northwest GA in pursuit of a female acquaintance. Walt was able to get the driving under the influence charge reduced to reckless driving.

In the many felony and misdemeanor cases that we have sent to Walt, he can usually find a better solution than our law partners are offered.
