I was just going for a walk through the neighborhood when a pitbull came out of someone's garage, and bit my left thumb, tearing it open to the bone. After negotiations for medical care (I required surgery and months of rehab at Mao Clinic, Phoenix) with the dog's owner went nowhere, I called Hirsch and Lyon. They immediately handled the case with care for me and my physical issues and kept me informed every step of the way. Even though the dog family's homeowners insurance did not cover dog bites, Hirsch and Lyon were still able to negotiate a settlement which was more than satisfying for us.
