Easy to work with and issue resolved in a timely manner! I sought counsel from Ian concerning an issue with my current employer. With Ian's help that issue has been resolved and I am continuing on with my current job. He explained well what I could expect and what the process would look like. He was easy to meet communicate with and kept me updated quite well. In my case most of the consultation and communication was over email and didn't require in-person meetings.
