Ian Jeffrey Slavin

Incompetent and unethical Mr. Slavin is the first and worst attorney I have ever hired. He demonstrated his incompetence by all the errors he made in the documentation. I had to look up some of the statutes myself to prove that he was wrong concerning the division of certain assets. He also withheld information and lied to me about assets that my ex-wife had already confiscated. The opposing lawyer controlled the proceedings because Ian had nothing to say and didn't dispute any of the statements that were made. His manner was unprofessional; he never seemed to have much to say and he didn't seem to care. After the divorce papers were signed and I left his office, I could hear him laughing loudly with his ex-partners that he took advantage of me and got away with it. Hiring Mr. Slavin was a complete waste of my time and money. I hope this review will spare others from making the same mistake that I made in the choice of an attorney.
