Abandonment My case was a modified loan under predatory lending by the plaintiff, which Mr. Somer was well aware and stated that in his Answer to the court order, however it was overlooked by legal console I was advised to apply and accept new terms of BOA modification which too 3 years. Once the final hearing in my favor ( for a lack of better word) the new terms were not acknowledged by the servicer this caused an immediate action set a forced foreclosure now under perjury. Me.
