Lawyer can’t and won’t provide breakdown of retainer Gus at the firm took an initial fee and said what was leftover would apply towards additional representation. The small amount of contact we had with him did not equal what we put down. Then he backtracked and tried to charge us more including saying to give him one amount then asking for more a day later. He is very sketchy, does not account for his time and is only out to make a buck however he can. He should chase ambulances.
