Failed To File Anything For Trial Guenther failed to tell me about an RFO for six weeks. I only found out myself by going to the courthouse and reviewing filed documents. This prevented me from be able to respond to the RFO. He failed to answer opposing counsel's letters, and did not tell me, which cost me $1500 in OPPOSING counsel attorney fees. He failed to show me opposing exhibits before hearings. He failed to request trial for ten months. He failed to file ANYTHING for trial. He Failed to ask opposing side ANYTHING during trial. This completely disabled my abilty to file my own evidence and exhibits which would have completely refuted evidence of opposing side. Guenther made sure my voice was not heard in court. Another child lost his father for three years. All Guenther did was kick the can down the road so he could get more billing hours.
