I met Gregory at Graduate Tax School in 1982 and studied with him. We then worked side-by-side with him for a year. We became friends as a result. After I moved to Austin in 1996, I began to associate him on complicated construction and product liability cases.

I associated with him on several complicated cases. Thereafter, we were involved in several cases where he represented one client and I the other in the same accident. I also hired him to represent me in a tortious interference claim against another law firm, which he resolved much to my satisfaction.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
We began back in 1984 (I as a tax specialist and Greg as an attorney). After I left to go to law school, I practiced in Colorado. When I moved to Austin, Texas, I began associating with him in 1997, and have generally worked cases together on and off until this year.

Yes

He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, and street smarts. He implements very sound strategies to resolve the cases to the benefit of our clients.

Based on his background, legal knowledge, and strategy implementation, he is one of the best and finest lawyers I know.

He is a straight-shooting Nebraska boy who tells it like it is, but in a very diplomatic way.

I've never known him to stray from the straight and narrow when it comes to his professionalism and ethical considerations.
