He was a former prosecutor and we worked on cases together. When he left the DA's office and went into private practice we continued to be friends/colleagues.

Yes

He was a great prosecutor that took the time to know his cases. He was reasonable, but not a push over. He has great courtroom charisma and is an excellent advocate.

We often discuss criminal law and new issues that arise. He has an excellent grasp of the Criminal Law.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Deciding the value of a case is a difficult task at times, but Mr. Napier could sift through issues and come to a reasonable and defendable position.

Great courtroom charisma. He is quite the presence and is well liked and respected in the community.

I have known George for many years from back when he was a prosecutor and for the whole time he has been a defense attorney as well.

Q. In the cases you were involved in with this attorney, which of the following apply?

When it comes to specific cases we were involved in together it was primarily during his time as a prosecutor. We worked well together as opposites. I have also seen him interact with the state now as a defense attorney and i think he handles himself professionally and respectfully.

He is a former prosecutor in Montgomery county so i dealt with him when he did that, but as we both work in the same county I see how he has worked and handled cases since he has been a defense attorney as well.

George works his cases hard and fights hard for his clients. He cares about his clients more than your average attorney.
