The difference between a title to a house, a will concerning the house, and the best advice ever! My father, william L conley, was obsessed with the law. he actually thought if it was in his will it would be done. he went out to the base to have that drawn up the way he wanted it. name me executor and gave me my marching orders. Mr Murphy was recommended by a friend , as i was going to have to get a lawyer to have the will in probate , at the lowest cost of $2500.00 to hand the probate package to the probate office. Mr Murphy said, for 300.00 i will save you a lot of trouble. his associates did a deep title search on that house. it was still in my stepmothers name and his for survivorship. . it saved me thousands in legal fees. we cut the lawyers down to one, and my stepmother, whom my sister wanted skinned for leaving me in charge of him for ten years was astonished that i assisted her with documents, and turned the executive powers over to her. i got him buried with honors at biloxi. it went well with me. and id recommend him again. i like em old and thorough. not like my old man...but hey! that's what a real lawyer in a mississippi region is all about: that extra bit of customer service" that ensures the punishment fits the crime. yes my stepmother went through a lot less hell than she really needed (i thought 40 years living with my old man was punishment enough. yes i am laughing again) now, i am 67 years old. he still here...
