Genine is a tremendously effective negotiator and litigator, she has intuition and instinct that is truly second to none.

Genine has vast legal knowledge without the folly of arrogance, if she is unsure of something she will seek expert opinion or conduct the legal research to exercise mastery of the issue.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Genine often has a prosecutor's mindset, going over an issue from the other side ad nauseum until she has cornered every potential pitfall or counterargument to her legal issue. This is one of the most critical parts of Criminal Defense litigation, second only to cross-examination.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Genine has client communication that far exceeds my own and every attorney I've ever known, and I mean that truly. Genine is incredibly thorough with her clients. Genine is hyper-organized in both thought and action.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

If every prosecutor were as ethical as Genine, our system of justice would work far better.
