2nd DUI Offense REDUCED to Reckless Driving :) The case never had to go to trial, and was concluded after a plea deal. My original charge, Second DUI Offense was reduced to Reckless Driving. A second DUI charge carries severe penalties and can be very complicated and incredibly stressful. For me, Gary was an easy choice when it came time to hiring him as my attorney.
