Mr. Foster’s failure to meet all the statutory requirements of my divorce open-court settlement cost me tens of thousands of dollars I paid her in the settlement that was considered marital money and not credited in the final outcome, and it drained my cash. I found him on thew Internet in 2002 as a divorce lawyer int eh Hampton on Long Island. Wish I never heard of him.

Newcewr returned calls but allegedly gave my ex-wife his cell number in the parking lot after our open-court settlement, raising the ethical issue is he was hitting on her.

He had his mind on women a lot and is narcissistically conceded. Obsessed with his financial overhead demands to make money and keep his second home up in Key West.

Mr. Foster's lack of attention to details, changed the course of my life. Due to his mishandling of the stipulation of settlement, my divorce went on for several years and led me into bankruptcy. Let the truth be known that choosing Mr. Foster was unequivocally the worst decision I could have made for a divorce lawyer -- and I am a lawyer!
